1. Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be confirmed at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date and will be eligible for a refund of all payments, excluding the non-refundable 50% deposit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled service will not be eligible for refund of any payments under any circumstances.
How to Cancel: To cancel service, please contact us by email with your order details. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by our team in writing.

2. No Returns: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food products once they have been delivered or picked up. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products.

3. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for:

The non-refundable 50% deposit
Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled service
Dissatisfaction with taste or presentation (subjective preferences)
Missed deliveries due to incorrect contact or address information
Any other reason once this Service Agreement has been signed

3. Exceptions: In rare cases where an error is made on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit, at our sole discretion.
